Starting his career as a CPA, John honed his skills as a public accountant and later as a lender. Working with countless entreprenurial businesses, John is himself an entrepreneur as a founder of VCF and the controlling owner. John brings the strength of over 25 years experience working with privately held businesses to the equation.

John has served the needs of small and medium sized businesses for over 30 years. Particularly in the financing arena, John brings a perspective to bear that has proven critical for hundreds of small and middle market firms. His banking experience includes asset based lending, capital markets, as well as conventional, commercial lending.

Jill is an experienced Asset-Based Lender, whose career has centered around developing Working Capital Solutions. Jill brings 21 years of varied lending experience in the asset based and conventional banking business, including serving as a VP and Senior Portfolio Manager at a major financial institution. Jill oversees VCF's growing Account Management area.
